Terrenito is a portal for buying and selling land and properties that seeks to position itself as the number 1 land marketplace in Chile.
The development and implementation of this website prototype was developed in conjunction with Ruffzen during the year 2022.
The Terrenito website is a marketplace format. It allows registration of users with different types of permissions that determine the actions available to be performed within the website. Each user has their internal admin panel where they can manage their posts.
All publications are generated through dynamic content, that is, to publish the user only has to fill out a form and upload the corresponding photographs. The website setup then does all the remaining work to generate the entries.
The website has a user help area to guide you in its correct operation.
Being a property sales site, the objective conversion is determined to be the generation of potential clients through direct contact forms between the buyer and seller.
